3. Required Information
EU/UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. For instant digital content, sellers may obtain explicit consent to commence performance immediately and the consumer’s waiver of the right to withdraw. Where a consumer does not provide such consent, access will be deferred until the withdrawal period expires. See the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
