Agreement & Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any template, asset, documentation, or tutorial (“Products”), you agree to be bound by:

The terms of our third-party provider Gumroad. (as Merchant of Record).
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Products.
You represent that you legally able to enter a binding contract.
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
Company, “We”, “Us”, “Our”: EduBon.
You: the individual or legal entity purchasing or using the Products.
Website: edubon.framer.website and related domains.
Merchant of Record (MoR): Gumroad, responsible for processing payments, collecting taxes, issuing invoices, and remitting payments.
Products: Framer templates, digital assets, documentation, and related downloadable or cloud-based materials.
License & Usage Rights
All Products remain the exclusive intellectual property of EduBon.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product as described in the Template License/EULA on the product page.
3.1. Standard License
Use for one website or project (personal or commercial).
Modifications for that single project are permitted.
3.2. Unlimited License
Use for unlimited websites/projects (including clients).
Modifications for different projects are allowed.
3.3. Restrictions (all licenses)
You may NOT:
Resell, share, distribute, or sublicense the Product or its remix link.
Repackage or include the Product in another template, marketplace, or downloadable bundle.
Claim the Product as your own creation.
Allow end users to extract or reuse the template independently of the final published website.
Transfer your license to another person or entity.
Use the Product to create competing templates.
Violation may result in license revocation, account blocking, or legal action.
Delivery & Access
Products are delivered digitally.
After successful payment, your access link or download is sent automatically by email.
If you do not receive the email, contact support@edubon.design.
Payments & Merchant of Record
All purchases are processed securely by Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
This means the MoR is responsible for:
Processing payments and refunds
Issuing receipts/invoices
Collecting and remitting taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax)
Compliance with tax regulations
You pay Gumroad, not EduBon.
Purchases are subject to the MoR’s terms:

EduBon does not store credit card numbers or payment details.
Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Because Products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final.
Once the access link or digital content has been delivered, no refunds are provided, except in the situations listed below.
6.1. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be granted only if:
You accidentally purchased the same product twice, OR
The Product has a critical, reproducible technical defect and our support team cannot fix it.
6.2. Not Eligible
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Lack of knowledge to use Framer
Purchasing the wrong product
Third-party issues (Framer bugs, hosting issues, browser-specific limitations)
Requests after product access or download has been used
6.3. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback while retaining product access is a violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
Revoke your license
Block future purchases
Submit evidence to the MoR and payment processors

Support is provided via email: support@edubon.design
First response time: typically ≤ 2 business days, Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 BRT
Support includes:
Installation questions
Usage issues
Clarifications about template features
Support does not include custom design, coding, consulting, or building your project.
All purchased Products include free lifetime updates.
Third-Party Services
Products and the Website rely on services provided by third parties, including:
Gumroad (payments, MoR, tax handling)
Framer (template platform, website hosting, analytics)
Your use of those services is governed by their respective policies.
We are not responsible for outages, issues, or data handling performed by third-party platforms.
User-Generated Content (Reviews, Feedback)
When you submit feedback, testimonials, or reviews, you grant EduBon a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Your email address or personal data will never be published.
Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may contain errors.
We may update or correct information at any time without prior notice.
Warranties & Liability
Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law:
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Product.
We are not liable for:
Loss of revenue, data, or profits
Business interruption
Issues caused by third-party services
User modifications
Incompatible browsers or environments
Termination
We may revoke your license or restrict access if:
You violate these Terms or the License/EULA
You attempt fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or redistribution
Required for compliance with MoR or card-scheme rules
Termination does not grant a refund.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Product immediately.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Website or Products for:
Illegal activities
Fraud, abuse, or misleading conduct
Distribution of harmful or malicious code
Selling digital products through your own marketplace
Activities prohibited by MoR or card networks
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, specifically:
The Brazilian Civil Code
The Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), when applicable
Any dispute should first be resolved informally by contacting support.
If unresolved, disputes must be submitted to the Courts of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, unless Brazilian law grants you a different mandatory jurisdiction.
Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.
Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The latest effective date will always be posted at the top of the page.
Continued use of the Website or Products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
